Compressed Package: Seat cushion inserts are vacuum-packed with 4 pcs in 1 bag, allow a few days to expand to the size described after unpacked.
Assembly Required: Don’t tighten each bolt at first. Instead, it advises leaving each bolt a little loose until all of the bolts are in and then screw them.
Care & Maintenance: To extend its service life, extra protection will need in some extreme weather conditions as well as simple daily care.

came as expected, not too time consuming to piece together, good quality just wish the back rest was a tad bit taller

I think it is a good piece of furniture for $209. Was fairly easy to put together, I did it by myself. Cushions are thin but I find it pretty comfortable. Pillows do not look like the online picture.

We did have a small issue . The screws and hardware were not sent with the furniture but I sent the seller an email and they responded within hours and had it shipped within a few days with a tracking number and stayed in contact with me. They were very helpful and professional. My husband said it was a little difficult to put together but it turned out awesome and my family loves it
